You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials and for activity performed through your account.

You must not share passwords, one-time passwords, authentication codes, or other sensitive account credentials with unauthorized persons.

JobWing AI may use information you provide, such as your name, contact information, resume, skills, experience, education, job preferences, preferred locations, salary expectations, and other job-search information, to provide relevant features.

You are responsible for ensuring that information provided in your profile, resume, preferences, and job applications is accurate, lawful, and up to date.

JobWing AI may assist you with finding and completing job applications based on the information and preferences you provide.

Using JobWing AI does not guarantee that an application will be accepted, reviewed, shortlisted, or result in an interview, employment offer, or employment.

The JobWing AI Chrome extension may interact with supported job websites when you use its job-search and application features.

You must not use the extension to perform fraudulent activities, submit intentionally false information, interfere with websites, bypass security controls, or engage in unauthorized access.

JobWing AI may work with or provide functionality relating to third-party websites and services, including job platforms such as Naukri and Indeed.

These third-party services are independently operated and have their own terms, privacy policies, technical systems, and usage requirements.

JobWing AI and Raysen Innovations Pvt Ltd do not control third-party job postings, employer information, hiring decisions, website availability, or changes made by those platforms.

You are responsible for complying with the applicable terms and policies of third-party services you use.

You agree not to use JobWing AI to:

• Provide intentionally false or misleading information.
• Impersonate another person or use another person's account.
• Attempt unauthorized access to JobWing AI or third-party systems.
• Circumvent CAPTCHAs, authentication mechanisms, access controls, or security protections.
• Introduce malware, malicious code, or other harmful technology.
• Use the service for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful activities.
• Reverse engineer or interfere with the service except where permitted by applicable law.

We may update, improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue features of JobWing AI as the product develops.

Some functionality may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, technical problems, third-party platform changes, network conditions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability of every feature.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Raysen Innovations Pvt Ltd will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of JobWing AI, third-party job platforms, employer actions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to JobWing AI where reasonably necessary to protect users, maintain service security, investigate misuse, comply with legal obligations, or address violations of these Terms.

Where appropriate and reasonably possible, users may be given an opportunity to resolve account-related issues.

We may update these Terms when JobWing AI features, business practices, legal requirements, or third-party integrations change.
